GUWAHATI: The Assam health department has been leaving no stone unturned to provide the best possible treatment to COVID19 patients in the state. After Yoga Therapy, breathing exercises for COVID19 patients admitted at Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH) in Guwahati were introduced on Tuesday by the therapists of the department.
Sharing the pictures of the exercises on Twitter, Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “Our health officials are trying to give the best possible treatment to #COVID19 patients. Today, at MMCH, Guwahati, breathing exercises were introduced for patients by our therapists. Gratitude to all our medical professionals.”
Earlier, the health department introduced Yoga Therapy through video conference to keep the minds of the patients refreshed.
