GUWAHATI, Oct 18: Senior AAP leader and former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain was granted bail on Friday. Jain got bail after more than two years.
He was arrested in connection with the Delhi excise policy scam case.
Citing a “delay in trial”, the Rouse Avenue Court granted him bail on a bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of the same amount. Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in May, 2022.
