GUWAHATI, JAN 12: In a sensational incident, a fashion designer was found dead at Sankardeva Housing Complex in Jalukbari area of Guwahati today.
The woman identified as Mauchumi Saikia Saharia was found hanging at her apartment in the early morning today.
Meanwhile, Jalukbari police detained one Deepankar Das in connection with the death of the fashion designer. It is learnt that Deepankar and Mauchumi were in a relationship.
Reportedly duo had an altercation on Saturday night.
