Eat well, sleep well: Advice for Zubeen Garg

GUWAHATI: Many prominent personalities of Assam visited Nemcare Hospital of Guwahati to take stock of health condition of popular singer Zubeen Garg. Garg was hospitalized after he collapsed at Guwahati Town Club on Friday.

Chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal, finance minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, former chief minister Tarun Gogoi and several other top echelons from various backgrounds visited the hospital to inquire about the health condition of the singer.

“I think Zubeen should take rest for a few days at the hospital. He will definitely work if he goes out from the hospital. So he needs to be at the hospital to get his body refreshed,” said minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Meanwhile, former chief minister Tarun Gogoi who took stock of Zubeen’s health condition advised the popular artiste, “I have asked him to sleep on time and properly.”

On the other hand, former Lok Sabha MP Bijoya Chakraborty said, “Zubeen told me that he was listening to Kishore Kumar’s songs. Doctors said that Zubeen needed lot of physical and mental rest.”
