A 5.6 magnitude earthquake rattled Assam and Arunachal Pradesh as well as other parts of the northeast at 10:30 AM on Thursday.
The epicenter has been located near Along in Arunachal Pradesh along the Indo-China border.
Tremors of the quake were mostly felt in most parts of Assam, particularly in Upper Assam districts.
