In another tragic road accident, one person was killed when the two-wheeler he was riding was hit by a speeding earth-carrying dumper at Khanapara in Guwahati early Thursday morning. The dumper later caught fire and was completely charred before the blaze was extinguished by fire officials.
Mukul Hussain, the Scooty rider who worked as a faculty member at the Regional Institute of Science and Technology (RIST), was rushed to the GNRC Hospitals in Guwahati where he succumbed to his injuries.
