GUWAHATI, Nov 21: The Assam Rifles and Mizoram Police achieved a major success in their drive against narcotics substances as they seized 28.520 kg of Methamphetamine tablets and 52 grams of Heroin in two separate operations at Zokhawthar in Champhai district of the State bordering Myanmar.
The value of the seized drugs is said to be Rs 85.95 crore in the international market.
Two Myanmarese nationals were also arrested with the seized drugs.
A foreign-made pistol, reports said, was also recovered.
