GUWAHATI: Assam Police has been continuing its drive against drugs and substance abuse across the state. In another such drive, Nagaon Police arrested a drug peddler from a shop.
The person was arrested from his shop at Bogoraguripam under Jajori Police Station.
“In continuation of drive against drugs, Team Nagaon arrested one drug peddler and seized 27 grams of suspected drugs from his shop at Bogoraguripam under Jajori PS.” Nagaon Police said in a tweet.
Assam Police has been conducting such drives in other parts of the state also.
