Drive slow while crossing Kaziranga: Hima Das

PUBLISHED:

GUWAHATI: As Kaziranga National Park in Assam has been inundated with floodwaters,  animals of the park have been crossing the national highway 37 in search of safer grounds. Following that athelete Hima Das has urged everyone to drive slow while crossing the national park.

Retweeting a tweet of additional director general of police (ADGP) Harmeet Singh, ‘Dhing Express’ Hima writes, “I urge everyone to drive slow while crossing Kaziranga. Due to heavy rainfall animals are coming out of Forest area, so let’s be proactive while driving and ensure their safety in crossing road. Great work  @assampolice and Forest officials.”
