GUWAHATI: Parul Bharali Boro, wife of United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) preisdent Pramod Boro expressed her immense joy as her husband is going to sworn-in as new chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC).
“I am so happy. It is like-‘Dil garden garden.’ I am elated as he is going to be the BTC chief,” says Parul while attending the oath taking ceremony at Greenfield, Bodofa Nagar in Kokrajhar.
She also thanked the voters and well-wishers of Pramod Boro for their support and love.
“I don’t know much about politics. I hope he (Pramod Boro) will never break the faith of the people. He will fulfil his promises,” she said.
