GUWAHATI: Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE will conduct the CTET 2020 Exam on January 31, 2021. The Board has released CTET 2020 Exam Date on the official site of CTET ctet.nic.in. The same has been also posted on Twitter.
The examination that was earlier scheduled to be conducted on July 5, 2020, in 112 cities would now be conducted in 135 cities across the country, as per the official notice. The number of centres has been increased to maintain social distancing and other safety measures issued by the Health Ministry for exams.

The new exam cities where CTET would be conducted are Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Begusarai, Gopalganj, Purnia, Rohtas, Saharsa, Saran, Bhilai/ Durg, Bilaspur, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Ambedkar Nagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Deoria, Gonda, Mainpuri, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur and Udham Singh Nagar.
Candidates who want to change their examination city can make online corrections from November 7 to November 16, 2020, up to 11.59 pm. The Board has taken this decision in view of the difficulty faced by candidates due to COVID19 across the nation.
