GUWAHATI: A 32-year-old COVID-19 positive woman gave birth to a healthy baby boy at a hospital in the Kokrajhar district on Tuesday. The baby was delivered in Rupnath Brahma Civil Hospital of Kokrajhar where this complicated delivery was conducted. Both mother and child are going fine informed the hospital authorities.

It is to be mentioned that Assam reported 73 COVID-19 fatalities on Tuesday taking the death toll to 2,344, while 5,835 new cases pushed the tally to 3,40,858, the National Health Mission (NHM) said.
