GUWAHATI: Kamrup Metropolitan district has crossed the 1,000-mark in COVID-19 cases as 1,153 cases have been reported from the district on Monday.
Out of the total 73,181 tests done in Assam, 3,137 positive cases have been found in the State. Among all the districts, Kamrup Metro has recorded the highest number.

On Sunday, a total of 33,674 tests were done in Assam and 1844 people were found to be COVID19 positive. Kamrup (Metro) recorded the highest number with 791 cases on Sunday.
