GUWAHATI: Cotton University students’ team won the first prize in Quiz at the 35th National Inter-University Youth Festival which is underway in Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. The team of three included Plawan Sarma, Raktim Ranjan Baishya and Mondeep Bayan from the departments of Zoology, Political Science and History respectively.
Students from Cotton University are also participating in other categories including folk orchestra, Indian group song, folk dance, mime and western vocal (solo). The five-day fest will conclude on February 7, 2020.
