GUWAHATI, Nov 12: Four people, including a 7-year-old minor boy, were killed when the car (AS-06-AA-2583) in which they were traveling plunged into an under-construction culvert at the national highway bypass connecting Dibrugarh and Tinsukia.
All the four deceased belonged to an extended family from Bihar and were on their way to their relative’s house in Tinsukia, reportedly to attend a marriage, from Dibrugarh when their car toppled into the under-construction culvert.
The deceased have been identified as Mohan Shah, Montu Shah, Rajesh Gupta and Arth Gupta, the 7-year-old minor.
