GUWAHATI, Oct 15: Bypolls in the Gambegre assembly constituency in Meghalaya and in the two constituencies of Namchi-Shinghithang and Soreng-Chakung in Sikkim will be held on Nov 13, the Election Commission announced today.
Results will be announced on Nov 23 along with that of the assembly polls in Maharashtra and Jharkhand as well as that of the five assembly constituencies in Assam.
By-elections in 47 assembly constituencies — including in the five constituencies of Bongaigaon, Sidli, Behali, Samaguri and Dholai in Assam — will be held on Nov 13.
