GUWAHATI: The Assam unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its 2nd list of candidates today for the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) elections which are set to be held on April 4.
According to the list signed by Assam BJP election committee general secretary Dilip Saikia, the candidates are:
5-Saraibil (ST)—William Narzary
80-Dotoma (ST)—Bibhuti Borgayari
12-Salakati (ST)—Kabita Basumatary
34-Khaling Duar (ST)—Arjun Daimary
However, the state BJP has cancelled the candidature of 17-Sobaijhar (ST) constituency which was declared on Monday.
