Guwahati: Two more COVID-19 patients have succumbed to the infection on Friday. The deceased COVID-19 patient are identified as Dulu Rani Sarkar (70) and Hemanta Buragohain (50) from Kamrup Metro.
Both the patients were admitted at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Two more #COVID19 patients, Smt Dulu Rani Sarkar (70) and Sri Hemanta Buragohain (50), have succumbed to their infections today. They both were from Kamrup Metro and admitted at GMCH, Guwahati. My prayers & condolences to their bereaved families.”
