GUWAHATI: Six more COVID-19 patients have succumbed to the infection on Tuesday. The deceased COVID-19 patients are identified as 63-Year-old Rekha Dutta from Darrang, 51-one-year Mona Das from Dibrugarh, 74-year-old Sister Florence from Kamrup (M), 65-year-old Mukiv Ali from Kamrup Rural, 67-year-old Ramesh Ch Dekha from Kamrup Rural and 44-year-old Bulin Begum from Kamrup (M).
Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “I’m extremely disheartened to share that Rekha Dutta (63, Darrang), Mona Das (51, Dibrugarh), Sister Florence (74, Kamrup M), Mukiv Ali (65, Kamrup Rural), Ramesh Ch Dekha (67, Kamrup Rural) & Bulin Begum (44, Kamrup M) succumbed to #COVID19. Condolences to their families”.
