Guwahati: Four more COVID-19 patients have succumbed to the infection on Wednesday. The deceased COVID-19 patients have been identified as Manik Saha (68) of Hojai, Minu Banik (30) of Kamrup Metro, Gopal Das (68) of Jorhat and Bijay Sarkar (59) of Dibrugarh.
Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Sad to share the demise of four more #COVID patients~ Late Manik Saha (68) of Hojai; Late Minu Banik (30) of Kamrup Metro; Late Gopal Das (68) of Jorhat; Late Bijay Sarkar (59) of Dibrugarh. May God provide strength to their families to bear the loss. Prayers!”
