GUWAHATI: The All Assam Motor Transport Association (AAMTA) has decided to end Chakka Bandh after the State Government agrees demand of allowing vehicles to ply with 100% passengers. Buses, trekkers and other vehicles will run from tomorrow (Friday).
Passenger vehicles have been told not to carry passengers more than the allowed seating capacity and maintain other COVID-19 protocols like wearing of masks and making sanitizers available in the vehicles.
