GUWAHATI: Assam has reported 572 more new COVID-19 positive cases. Among the new 572 cases reported on Tuesday 380 cases are from Guwahati. So far, this is the biggest-single-day spike in the state.
With this, the total number of cases in Assam has reached 8407
Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “ Alert ~ 572 new #COVID19+ cases detected today. Today, 380 cases were reported in Guwahati City alone, and need for caution can’t be overemphasized.
