GUWAHATI: Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced 13 more COVID-19 positive cases from Sarusajai quarantine centre in Guwahati. With this the total count of COVID-19 cases in Assam has reached 154. On Tuesday Assam has reported 39 positive cases which is the highest single day spike.Currently, there are 107 active cases in the state. While, 41 people have been discharged from hospitals after their recovery, it has reported 4 COVID-19 deaths.
“Alert – 13 new #COVID + cases detected from Sarusajai Quarantine Centre. Now the total patient count goes to 154.
