GUWAHATI: “BJP is winning again,” said NEDA convenor and Assam cabinet minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet.
Sharing a video of spontaneous love and support from the people in Dhemaji during his bike rally on Sunday, Dr. Sarma expressed his confidence over BJP’s victory.

The minister kicked off the campaign for the assembly elections with a mega bike rally from Jonai to Silapathar in Dhemaji district. Around 30 thousand party workers took part in the rally. This was the first rally of Sarma after the declaration of party candidates on Friday.
