GUWAHATI: “We have a lot of time to discuss. Because, BJP will form government in Assam again in 2021,” said Bodoland Territorial Council Chief Hagrama Mohilary.
Addressing the mega rally at Kokrajhar to celebrate the signing of historic Bodo Peace Accord in the presence of prime minister Narendra Modi, Mohilary outlined various developmental schemes taken by the BJP government for Bodoland Territorial Region.
Mohilary also assured equal opportunity and development for the people of other communities living in Bodoland Territorial Region.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at Kokrajhar to address the mega rally. Modi has reached Kokrajhar in a helicopter from LGBI Airport, Guwahati. PM Modi is being accompanied by Assam governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal and finance minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
