GUWAHATI: Amid COVID19 concerns, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will distribute more than 15 thousand masks made from ‘Gamocha’ by its women workers in Sorbhog legislative assembly constituency in Barpeta district. BJP state president and Sorbhog MLA Ranjeet Kumar Dass today reviewed the preparations of mask distribution programme.
Dass expressed hope that the masks will help the people to fight against COVID19.
The masks have been made by the members of Gobordhona, Chackchaka and Barpeta Road Mandals of BJP Mahila Morcha.
It will be distributed among the people by the BJP Yuva Morcha workers from Friday.
