As the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections approaches closer and the campaigning intensifies, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda is set to hold a rally in Assam’s Kokrajhar on Thursday.
Nadda will take part in 3 election rallies. Drumming up support for BJP candidates for the second phase Lok Sabha polls, JP Nadda will take part in an election rally in Kokrajhar today, where he will campaign for UPPL candidate Joyonto Basumatary.
The BJP national president will also take part in rallies in Udalguri and Dudhnoi. In Udalguri, Nadda will campaign for BJP candidate Dilip Saikia while in Dudhnoi he will campaign for Guwahati candidate Bijuli Kalita Medhi.
Nadda will address the first rally at Kokrajhar Green Field in support of the NDA candidate for the Kokrajhar Parliamentary Seat (ST), Jayanta Basumatary.
He will address another rally in support of the BJP candidate for Darrang-Udalguri Parliamentary Constituency, Dillip Sakia, at Danda Saharia High School Playground at Bheragaon.
At last, he will address the third rally at Dudnoi Public Playground in support of the BJP’s Guwahati parliamentary candidate, Bijuli Kalita Medhi.”
According to sources in the state BJP, the party has made all preparations for these three rallies.
Meanwhile, after the end of the campaign for the first phase of the Lok Sabha poll today, the BJP workers have flocked to their respective Lok Sabha constituencies to poll in the second and third phases.
