Bisk Farm to set up new manufacturing unit in Assam

GUWAHATI: Bisk Farm will set up a manufacturing unit in Assam at an expected cost of Rs. 100 crore. The unit is expected to recruit over 1000 people in the upcoming unit in Assam. The government has already allotted land to the company and their construction work will start soon.

The information was shared by the Cabinet Minister of Transport, Industry & Commerce, Parliamentary Affairs and SEED, Govt. of Assam, Chandra Mohan Patowary on Friday through a tweet. Patowary tweeted, “Happy to share that Bisk Farm, a renowned industry is going to set up an unit in Assam with an investment of about Rs 100 Cr. Over 1000 people are expected to get direct employment there. The land has already been allotted and the Company will start the work shortly.”
