GUWAHATI, Oct 19: Sarfaraz Khan smashed his maiden Test hundred for the country on Day 4 of the first Test at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday.
Batting at No. 4, the 26-year-old reached to his first international three figures in just 110 balls.
Despite losing Virat Kohli on the last ball of the day yesterday, Sarfaraz continued from where he stopped yesterday, partnering with Rishabh Pant today morning, to reach the milestone.
His century was laced with three sixes and 13 hits to the fence.
