Bengaluru Test: India bundled out for 462 in 2nd innings, NZ need 107 for victory

GUWAHATI, Oct 19: India were bundled out for 462 runs in their second innings in the first Test of the three-Test series against New Zealand at Bengaluru giving the visitors a target of 107 runs for victory.

Only four balls could be bowled after India were bundled out in their second innings. The Kiwis will have one full day tomorrow, provided rains does not play spoilsport, to reach the modest target.

For India Sarfaraz Khan scored 150 runs while Rishabh Pant agonisingly missed his century by just 1 run.

William O’Rourke and Matt Henry took three wickets each for the visitors while Ajaz Patel picked two and Tim Southee and Glenn Phillips clinched a wicket each.
