At least six persons were killed in two separate road accidents in Assam on Sunday. In Nagaon’s Samaguri, five persons were died on the spot, when a speedy WagonR hit a truck coming from opposite direction.

The WagonR was totally damaged in the accident. Four out of five deceased were identified to be Rashidul Haque, Sariful Islam, Abu Bakkar Siddique and Safikul Islam. The driver of the vehicle is yet to be identified.
In another accident in Bokakhat’s Bor Chapori under Golaghat district, one person was killed when an ASTC bus hit a Tata Magic. The deceased was identified as Babul Gupta.
