Assamese popular actor Deepjyoti Keot has been admitted to a private hospital in Guwahati.
According to reports, the much-loved actor suffered from sudden heart-related ailments as a result of which he had to be hospitalised.
Reports further stated that Deepjyoti Keot was rushed to Health City Hospital in Guwahati where he is being attended by a team of specialists.
He has undergone an operation too.
As the actor battles health challenges, fans have flooded social media with messages of support and prayers for his speedy recovery.
The entertainment fraternity, too, has expressed concern and solidarity for Deepjyoti Keot during this challenging time.
