Guwahati: Three members of a family including a 12-year-old boy drowned in a pond at Tingkhong in the Assam’s Dibrugarh district on Thursday.
The incident occurred at Rongabononi region of Tingkhong and hail from the same family.
The deceased have been identified as Tuku Hemrom (12), Kulin Hemrom (17) and Pulin Hemrom (22).
Meanwhile, all three are the sons of Kiran Hemrom and Anita Hemrom.
Moreover, the search operations are underway with the assistance of police and local residents of the area.
However, Kulin and Pulin’s bodies have been recovered, while Tuku’s body is yet to be rescued.
