GUWAHATI: Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal has directed Assam DGP Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta to conduct an inquiry into the alleged leak of question papers of the exam to recruit sub-inspectors in the State Police, and take action against those behind it.
Today’s written test was canceled after question papers were leaked on social media.
CM Sonowal tweeted, “CM Shri @sarbanandsonwal directed @DGPAssamPolice to expeditiously conduct an inquiry into the alleged leak of question paper of written test for recruitment of SIs in @assampolice and ensure strict action against the guilty.”
