As a part of a nationwide exercise on the destruction of seized drugs, the Assam Police destroyed drugs worth ₹ 43 crore in Sualkachi, on the outskirts of Guwahati.
The drugs that set on fire included 1.51 crore foreign cigarettes worth Rs.29.66 crores and 9000 kg of Ganja valued at Rs 14.44 crores.
