GUWAHATI: Continuing its fight against drug menace, Assam Police on Monday arrested five drug peddlers from Kakopatahar in Tinsukia district.
Police also recovered 12.40 gram of brown sugar from their possession.
Taking to Twitter, Tinsukia Police wrote, “Recovered approx 12.40 grams suspected brown sugar at Kakopather by search team of OC, Kakopather PS and staff, led by CI, Kakopather. 5 drugs paddlers were arrested.”
