GUWAHATI: Assam health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurated a clock tower in the Nagaon town of middle Assam on Wednesday.
Inaugurating the elegant clock tower, Sarma said Nagaon has got a milestone.
