GUWAHATI: The Assam Government on Friday issued a new notification ordering mandatory COVID-19 tests at airports and railway stations for the incoming passengers with final dose of vaccine.
The health and family welfare department withdrew earlier order which exempted the persons with two doses of COVID-19 vaccine from testing.
COVID positivity is observed even in some of the persons who have received two doses of vaccine, said the fresh order.
