Guwahati: As part of its wide-ranging, empathetic response to the COVID-19 crisis, the Mahindra Group today donated 15 ambulances and 15 oxygen concentrators to the government of Assam. This is aimed at supporting the state in fighting the coronavirus.
Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma thanked Mahindra Group chairman Anand Mahindra for his company’s generosity.
Taking to his Twitter, CM Sarma wrote, “Our healthcare infra is richer by 15 ambulances and 15 Oxygen concentrators, thanks to @anandmahindra & his company’s generosity. Glad to have joined the flagging off along with @keshab_mahanta & @jayanta_malla. In this war against #COVID19 every help counts! @MahindraRise”
