Assam: Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurates 100-bed Sadiya Civil Hospital

GUWAHATI: Assam Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday inaugurated the 100-bed Sadiya Civil Hospital at Chapakhowa in Assam.

The hospital has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 20.53 crore. Soon, people of Sadiya will get free dialysis, ICU, CT-Scan, X-ray facilities in the hospital informed Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. Also, a Nursing school will also be set up on the hospital premises.

“Today, we are successful in building this hospital for the local people. Soon, the public will get all necessary facilities like, kidney dialysis, ICU, CT scan, blood testing lab, X-ray, etc. and almost all these facilities will be provided for free. We will also construct a nursing school inside the hospital premises,” said Dr. Sarma.

“A dream comes true ✨ Over 1235 days ago on October 4, I had laid the foundation stone of Sadiya Civil Hospital in Chapakhowa. How gratifying to see this critical Rs 20.53 cr infrastructure getting ready in time. Inaugurated it in presence of Min Sanjay Kisan & MLA Bolin Chetia,” Tweeted Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
