Guwahati: A matter of suspected leakage of examination question papers of Assam High Madrassa using WhatsApp has come to light an hour before the commencement of the examination in Dhubri’s Gauripur area on Thursday.
As per videos received by TIME8, copies of the question paper of AHM were allegedly circulated at Madinatul Ulum Madrassa HS School.
The prime accused in connection with the leakage identified as Azizur Haque was taken police custody by Dhubri Police.
It is learned that Azizur, a member of the steering committee at the Madrassa was allegedly involved in leaking the question paper on WhatsApp.
The Deputy Commissioner of Dhubri and Superintendent of Police of Dhubri also reached Gauripur following the incident and took stock of the situation.
