GUWAHATI: The Assam finance department is going to disburse the July salaries and pensions of the state government’s employees and pensioners from August 1. Amid the battle against COVID-19, the finance department has directed the treasury officials to make necessary arrangements to pay the salaries and pensions from August 1.
Like previous months, the employees and pensioners will get full payment for the month of July also. The finance department issued an order on Wednesday in this regard.
