Guwahati: Beating tough competition, Ragini Agarwala of Bokakhat, Assam emerged as the ‘golden girl’ in the All India LLM examination. By bagging the gold medal Ragini has brought laurels to the region.
Ragini is a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court and is the daughter of Bijoy Kumar and Bina Devi of Bokakhat, Assam.
After successfully completing her law courses from Bokakhat and Jorhat, she recently passed the All India LLM Examination from National Law University, Odisha.
Apart from being a meritorious and a hard worker, Ragini is also a brave lady who risked her own life and limb and saved some children from being burnt during Diwali in Delhi. She sustained injuries in her hand during the incident. Ragini had to undergo treatment for a year before she could sit for the exam.
