Assam is facing one of the worst floods in the history, and as of now, 30 of its 33 districts are affected by floodwaters. Right from Saikhowaghat in Upper Assam to Barpeta and Dhubri in Lower Assam, the whole of the state has been devastated by the rising water levels of river Brahmaputra.
