Guwahati: Dhubri Police in Western Assam arrested six active Contraband drug suppliers and peddlers along with a huge amount of contraband.
The drug peddlers have been identified as Mintu Nath, Rakesh Das, Bastab Das, Parth Sarkar, Rahul Prasad and Takir Hasen Khan.
“6 most active Contraband Drug Suppliers & Peddlers in Dhubri Arrested. Huge amount of contraband Seized: 1)Mintu Nath 2)Rakesh Das 3)Bastab Das 4)Parth sarkar 5)Rahul Prasad 6)Takir Hasen Khan” said police in a tweet.
It may be noted that many such operations were launched in the district in the recent times.
