GUWAHATI: Assam on Wednesday recorded 1,547 fresh COVID-19 cases with 25 fatalities.
Kamrup Metropolitan district alone reported 193 cases.
The positivity rate of the state was 2.09 percent.
Total 74,114 tests were conducted across the state on Wednesday.
“Summary of 21/7/2021 Today’s Total 1547 Overall Positivity Percentage (1547 cases out of 74,114 test done = 2.09%) Kamrup(M) 193 Death 25 Recovery Rate 96.06%,” health minister Keshab Mahanta tweeted.
