GUWAHATI: Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal met Governor Professor Jagdish Mukhi at Raj Bhavan in Guwahati on Wednesday.
CM Sonowal briefed the Governor about the ongoing situation of COVID-19 in the State. They also discussed some other important issues of the State including preparedness of floods, containment of African Swine Fever (ASF) which has incurred huge losses to the pig farmers and measures to mitigate damages due to thunderstorms.
