Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma who is in Dhubri offered prayers at the Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib on the solemn occasion of Martyrdom Day of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Saheb.
Taking to the Twitter, CM Sarma wrote, “Blessed to have visited Gurdwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Dhubri on the solemn occasion of Martyrdom Day of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Saheb Ji, who was an epitome of courage & sacrifice. Our Govt will provide Rs 5 cr for developing the Gurdwara as a spiritual tourism spot.”
