Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday morning offered prayers by lighting the meji on the occasion Magh Bihu.
Along with his family, he prayed with the desire to fill everyone’s life with peace, prosperity, happiness by lighting the meji in the early hours of the day after Uruka, as per the tradition of Bhogali.
