GUWAHATI: Assam chief secretary Jishnu Barua and DGP Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta will announce the measures to tackle COVID-19 in the state on Wednesday.
The duo will address the media at 11 AM, said health minister Keshab Mahanta after the first cabinet meeting of Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma-led government on Tuesday.
